Upcoming Snow Event

Good Evening, 

There is a substantial snow storm looming on the horizon. We have not seen numbers like this in quite some time, the meteorologists have not been accurate in their forecasts at all this season. New York State has already issued a state of emergency and individual counties are issuing potential travel bans. With that in mind we have put together a game plan in the event that we do in fact have this unpredictable amount of snow. 

First, It will take time to move this much snow, it is calling for widespread coverage and it will take place over the course of several hours. We understand that everyone would like to be the first on the list to be serviced. Unfortunately that is not feasible, instead we would like to note that our main focus will be medical facilities, group homes, and those that require additional care or have restrictions that require outside help. Once these have been taken care of we will begin the process to service everyone else. Everyone that is affected will be taken care of, we ask that you save a grain of patience as this will not be a fast obstacle to tackle. 

Second, the scope of work that will be completed. Driveways will be cleared enough for cars to enter or exit, they will not be cleared to full completion at this time, not edge to edge, clean up of any and all units will happen after everyone has initially been taken care of. Sidewalks with this substantial amount of snow will require equipment that will also take some time to move. We ask that if the availability allows, please remove any vehicle or obstacles for driveways that require us to back drag, pushing the snow will be needed with the numbers they are calling for. 

You have our appreciation, our dedication, and know that our team will be out pushing through the hazards of the weather. Please remember they are people, have patience and together we will get through this storm. All of our clients will be serviced.
