Cultivate existing shrub / planting beds to loosen compacted mulch/soil

No material will be added or removed during this process. In some cases this could be completed to refresh the look of the heavy compacted mulch, however soil may show when the process is completed depending on existing mulch depth.

For best results, apply new mulch after the process is complete
